\nPrior to joining Akatsuki, Mr. Yoneshima worked as an equity analyst covering the telecommunications and internet sector at many securities firms, including Barclays and Credit Suisse. Leveraging this past experience, Mr. Yoneshima will take charge of the Finance and IR functions of Akatsuki.<\/p>\n

\u25fc\ufe0eProfile of Keiichi Yoneshima<\/strong>
\nAfter graduating in 1994 from Keio University (School of Science and Technology), Mr. Yoneshima completed graduate studies (also at Keio University) in 1996, majoring in computer science. Upon graduation, he worked for International Digital Communications Inc. as internet services product manager. He entered the financial services industry in 2000, working as an equity research analyst covering the telecommunications and internet sector . He has worked for a number of securities firms, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays. Most recently, prior to joining Akatsuki, Mr. Yoneshima was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse.<\/p>\n

\nI am very pleased to be joining Akatsuki. I sense there is an opportunity to leverage my almost 20 years\u2019 experience in the financial services industry at this company. \nMy candid feeling at this time is that \u201cit has been worth the wait these past four years.\u201d
\nI felt that I wanted to work with Mr. Yoneshima since I had contact with him in my previous job. We asked him to join us at the time of Akatsuki\u2019s IPO, but the timing was not right and he rejected our offer. After four years of continued invitations he is at last joining us now, reminding us that persistence is everything. We are excited to be working with Mr. Yoneshima and the potential for new developments, not only in terms of financial activities and communications with equity markets, but across the whole of Akatsuki.<\/p>\n
